In the result of secret ballot which took place on 15.09.2016 during the session of the RA National Assembly Artur Davtyan was appointed the RA Prosecutor General.
A.Davtyan’s candidacy was suggested by the RA President according to p. 9 of Article 55 and Article 103 of the Constitution of the RA.
