On April 9, 2025, the Anti-corruption court accepted into proceedings another statement of claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding the confiscation of illicit property.

The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court with the requirement to confiscate from Surik Grigoryan, former head of Avshar community, Ararat region and related persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

• 13 immovable properties in Avshar village, 2 immovable properties in Yerevan, 1 immovable property in Noyakert and 1 immovable property in Yegheghnavan;
• Market values of 2 immovable properties in Yerevan, 1 immovable property in Noyakert, 2 immovable properties in Yegheghnavan;
• 1 transportation means;
• Share in 1 legal person;
• Right to claim a loan in the amount of USD 1515;
• More than AMD 587 million 350 thousand.
