According to the decision of the Mayor of Yerevan made in 2013, the land plot of the park named after Nansen located in Nor Nork administrative district, which is not subject to alienation, was alienated to RG, wife of D.P. former head of Nor Nork community, his son and daughter through direct sale for AMD 3 million 712 thousand 464. On April 10, 2018, they sold the cafe with the surface of 76.8 m² and the land plot with the surface of 533.4 m² located at the park for AMD 45 million 790 thousand to citizen M.H..

In the scope of its power to file a claim on the protection of state interests the case of alienation of the café located at 26 Nansen was examined in the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan and Nor-Nork administrative districts of Yerevan city.

Taking into consideration the fact that the land plot with the surface of 533,4 m² was illegally alienated to the citizen, the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan and Nor-Nork administrative districts of Yerevan city submitted a report to the Anti-corruption committee on May 19, 2003.

On the same day a criminal proceedings was initiated in the Anti-corruption committee under article 308 and article 314 of the Criminal Code adopted on 18.04.2003.

In the scope of its power to file a claim on the protection of state interests and for the purpose of returning the territory belonging to the community back to the community, the Prosecutor General’s Office shall submit a claim to the administrative court.
