20.06.2018 | Within the framework of 71 corruption-related criminal cases committed by the community leaders, the damage to the state in the amount of 25.5 million drams has been restored

Under the supervision of the  Department for Combating Corruption and Economic Crimes of the RA  General Prosecutor's Office in the proceedings of investigative agencies 71 criminal cases are investigated regarding the abuse of office, fraud, bribery and other crimes by community leaders. Criminal proceedings have been initiated against 23 community leaders from the listed 23 criminal cases.

The damage caused to the state by 71 criminal cases amounts to 74,437,600 drams, of which 25,560,000 drams have been recovered during the preliminary investigation.
